Mumbai, June 28 (NationPress) Actress Dalljiet Kaur is grappling with disbelief following the tragic loss of Shefali Jariwala, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 42.
In an exclusive interview with IANS, Dalljiet shared her sorrow, revealing that she learned about Shefali's death just last night.
She remarked, "Shefali was already established in the industry when I made my debut. Having been in the same circle for so long, we often crossed paths. This morning, I was utterly stunned; I only found out last night, but it's taken a while to process this news."
Dalljiet reminisced about her last encounter with the 'Bigg Boss 13' contestant, stating, "The last time I saw her was at her home. I visited because we were attending Sidharth's (Sidharth Shukla) funeral. We discussed how fit Sidharth was, which adds to the shock of losing her. Aarti Singh and I were at her place, talking about this, and I still can't believe it."
In her heartfelt tribute, Dalljiet noted that Shefali, who was close in age, was actually fitter than she was.
Expressing her disbelief, she said, "It's hard to accept that this has happened. I don't want to say much—I'm just shocked. It must be incredibly difficult for her family. No one should have to mourn someone so young—she was only 42. I can hardly grasp it because she was my age. She was so vibrant, fitter than I am, and I don’t know what caused this tragedy, but it’s truly shocking."
