Mumbai, April 9 (NationPress) After establishing herself as a skilled actor, Dalljiet Kaur has now stepped into the role of a producer with her venture Bottoms Up Studios.
In a conversation with IANS regarding the numerous short films being created by her studio, Dalljiet mentioned, "I’ve been writing for a significant period and have successfully produced more than eleven short films. Previously, I managed a production house called Ink Empire, where I collaborated with talented individuals like Latieka Gill, Vartikkah Chauhan, and Shubham Garg.
Unfortunately, personal challenges led to a pause in the production house. However, I’ve now teamed up with a close friend, Kunal Garud, who not only shares my creative vision but also brings essential emotional and artistic insights to our projects.
She revealed that they have an exciting slate of work prepared, stating, "Together, we’ve founded BOTTOMS UP STUDIOS—a name that embodies our commitment to confronting life’s hurdles with bravery and positivity. We’ve assembled an impressive collection of content that we are incredibly proud of. Although we’re just starting out, our passion for this endeavor is unwavering, and we are eager to forge a genuine bond with our audience.
Dalljiet also expressed her desire to find a creative partner who possesses the same passion, clarity, and emotional depth in storytelling, feeling extremely lucky to have discovered that in Kunal.
On her upcoming acting roles, she revealed, "You’ll soon see me in various short films, and I’m also excited to participate in a mythological series titled KATHA VACHAK, where I will serve as the host and narrator. This project is very special to me as it focuses on presenting timeless stories in a captivating manner.
Discussing her future plans, Dalljiet mentioned, "My next step is direction! It’s a dream I’ve always wanted to chase, and this year, I’m fully committing to it. I’ll be directing several short films starting this month. It’s a thrilling and profoundly personal journey for me.
