Actor Dev Mohan has been confirmed to play a character named Murali in the upcoming political action thriller 'Ananthan Kaadu', directed by Jiyen Krishnakumar and starring Arya in the lead role. Production house Sree Gokulam Movies unveiled the character poster — the ninth such reveal — on X on 17 June, adding another prominent name to an already expansive ensemble. The multilingual film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on 25 June 2025.

The makers have steadily unveiled character details ahead of the release. Actor Sunil plays Sampath Rao, while veteran actor Indrans portrays Krishnankutty.
