At a pre-release event for the film, Dhruv stated, "Whenever I face a difficult or intense scene, Chiyaan (Vikram) is always in my thoughts and heart. I constantly ask myself, 'If he can do so much, why can't I push a little harder?' I aspire to honor his legacy and strive to be worthy of being his son.
