Mumbai, July 30 (NationPress) Filmmaker Faruk Kabir, preparing for the launch of Salakaar, shared his perspective on action sequences within the new series, emphasizing that he does not perceive action as a mere formula. He prefers to direct the action himself when necessary.
“For me, action isn’t choreography; it’s an emotional crescendo,” Kabir stated.
He elaborated: “Every punch, every chase, every fall represents a feeling—be it love, fear, rage, or even heartbreak.”
The director reminisced about advising action star Vidyut Jammwal, with whom he collaborated on the Khuda Haafiz series, to fight as if he were a “broken guy.”
