Synopsis
Key Takeaways
Hyderabad, March 15 (NationPress) Renowned music director Ghibran from Tamil cinema has expressed that actor Sharwanand's highly anticipated Telugu film, 'Biker', for which he has composed the score, will stand on the same level as Hollywood films.
In a recent interview, Ghibran shared insights on his collaboration with director Abhilash Reddy Kankara on this much-awaited sports drama. He remarked, "I made my debut as a music director with Sharwa garu's film 'Run Raja Run'. I’m thrilled to team up with him again for this project and believe it will mark a significant comeback for me."
Elaborating on the film’s racing theme, Ghibran stated, "The production quality will mirror that of Hollywood. Director Abhilash aims to blend thrilling racing sequences with profound emotional family narratives. Every sportsperson, including racers, has a family, and this film beautifully intertwines both racing and familial emotions."
Having already viewed the first cut of the sports drama, he added, "The film is exceptional. The racing sequences will undoubtedly keep audiences on the edge of their seats. Even those unfamiliar with bike racing will find the excitement palpable. The father-son relationship depicted is particularly striking, appealing to both younger and family audiences."
Discussing the challenges he faced while creating the film's music, Ghibran noted, "Many people draw comparisons between racing films and Hollywood productions. We often receive requests for music reminiscent of 'F1'. Interestingly, 'F1' had yet to be released when we started this project. Nevertheless, we’ve strived to deliver the best possible score and are confident the audience will appreciate it."
For those unaware, Sharwanand stars as a bike racer in this upcoming film, previously referred to as #Sharwa36. Malavika Nair plays the female lead, with notable character actors Brahmaji and Atul Kulkarni in crucial roles. The film is set to premiere globally on April 3 this year.
