Mumbai, March 10 (NationPress) Renowned Bollywood actor Govinda, in a memorable interview with Lehren TV, expressed a profound belief in the significance of women in men’s lives, drawing inspiration from the lessons imparted by his mother and referring to himself as a “mama’s son.”

During this nostalgic chat, Govinda underscored that men gain both strength and success through the support and blessings of women, using Lord Shiva as a reference.

Reflecting on his upbringing and personal convictions, Govinda stated, “I think it's essential for men to keep the women in their lives fulfilled. A man's journey should always include the blessings of women.”

“My mother often reminded me that women hold immense power; without them, men are indeed weakened. Even Lord Shiva mentions that without ‘Shakti,’ he becomes vulnerable.”

He further elaborated, “In essence, I believe that a man should seek blessings from the women around him, as this enhances his success—whether it's from a mother, wife, daughter, friend, or any other woman.”

Govinda went on to describe himself as a mama's boy, emphasizing his desire to be a successful son, husband, and father.

According to Govinda, the joy and blessings from women, regardless of their role in a man's life, are pivotal in defining a man's achievements.

On a personal note, Govinda is married to Sunita Ahuja, and they are proud parents to two children: daughter Tina Ahuja and son Yashvardhan Ahuja.

He maintains a close relationship with his nieces and nephews, many of whom are prominent figures in the entertainment sector.

Govinda is the maternal uncle of actors Krushna Abhishek, Ragini Khanna, Aarti Singh, and Somya Seth.

Professionally, Govinda boasts a remarkable career with nearly 200 films to his credit. He first appeared on screen in the 1986 movie Ilzaam. Initially, he starred in action-centric films such as Hatya and Khudgarz.

However, by the mid-1990s, he transitioned to comedy and family-oriented films, ultimately earning the title of the “comedy king” of Bollywood with hits like Hero No. 1 and Coolie No. 1.

His extraordinary dance skills have established him as one of the finest dancers in Hindi cinema.

Recently, Govinda has been in the spotlight for reasons beyond his cinematic endeavors. Rumors regarding marital difficulties with Sunita Ahuja and potential divorce surfaced after decades of their partnership.
