During an AMA (Ask Me Anything) session on her Instagram Stories, Paltrow responded to a fan's query about how she deals with anxiety.

She explained, "I can't really escape anxiety, but I try to balance it by focusing on what I'm grateful for, practicing deep breathing, taking walks, and yes, shouting at the bushes (it helps) and being kind to myself."

Paltrow also touched upon her mental health when asked how she avoids "overfunctioning and burnout," as reported by people.com.

"I have neither avoided overfunctioning nor burnout. I'm currently working on getting better at it this year by prioritizing sleep and establishing boundaries between my work and personal time, but I still have progress to make."
