Elaborating on his preparation, Himanshu remarked, “To embody Rasool, I had to master dual-sword fighting as he is ambidextrous. Juggling weapons with both hands was a tough yet fulfilling endeavor.”
In addition, he honed his skills in horse riding and calisthenics to achieve the nimbleness of a true warrior.
Himanshu noted that the character's silence and gravitas added depth to his portrayal. He explained, “Rasool is not very talkative, but his quiet presence speaks volumes. It was essential to convey his feelings through subtle gestures.”
He also shared that the action scenes in the drama, particularly the climactic Shivratri battle, were physically demanding. He reminisced, “We filmed for seven straight nights in freezing temperatures, but the camaraderie among the cast made it bearable.”
For Himanshu, 'Kesari Veer: Legends Of Somnath' transcends being just a film; it serves as a tribute to the unsung heroes of history. “This narrative embodies bravery, loyalty, and sacrifice. It’s a story that deserves to be told,” he stated.

Learning various sword fighting techniques while keeping Hamirji Gohil’s battle style authentic was quite a demanding experience.”
Sooraj followed a strict fitness regimen, emphasizing strength and agility to authentically execute high-octane action sequences.
