Mumbai, Jan 14 (NationPress) Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan is marking a remarkable milestone of 25 years since his debut film ‘Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai’. On Tuesday, the actor shared multiple images on his Instagram that showcase the notes he penned during his preparation for the movie.
The notes shed light on the extensive effort the actor put into his role, highlighting why he became an overnight sensation with ‘Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai’, directed by his father, Rakesh Roshan.
Hrithik confessed that he had initially felt embarrassed to share these notes publicly but decided to do so in the spirit of celebrating the film.
In his caption, he reflected, “My notes from 27 years ago. Preparing as an ACTOR for my first movie ‘Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai’, I can still recall how anxious I was. I still feel the same when I embark on a new project. Though I’d typically shy away from sharing these, after 25 years in the industry, I suppose I can manage. Looking at these pages, I realize that nothing has changed. Is that a good thing? A bad thing? It just is (sic).”
He added, “The process is what remains. There is so much to be thankful for, and so much yet to accomplish. Today marks the 25th anniversary of Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai, and the only thing I wish to celebrate are these notes in my rough book. The only relief I find is the proof of resilience. The first page has ‘one day’ written at the bottom. That day never arrived, perhaps it did, but I missed it because I was too busy preparing. #25yearsofkahonaapyaarhai.”
His father, Rakesh Roshan, commented on the post, expressing surprise at his son's thorough preparation, stating, “Duggu Wow, I am also seeing it for the first time. God bless.”
‘Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai’ marked Hrithik's entry into an industry dominated by the Khans. While Shah Rukh Khan solidified his status in the romantic genre, Salman Khan captivated audiences in action films, and Aamir Khan paved the way for innovative storytelling, Hrithik emerged as a well-rounded talent—able to perform action, dance flawlessly, and deliver captivating performances.
Hrithik continues to stand as a superstar alongside the three Khans, Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, and the rising star in the superstar scene, Ranbir Kapoor, following the success of ‘Animal’.
