Mumbai, Feb 26 (NationPress) Actor Hritik Yadav, known for his roles in 'Naagin 6', 'Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein 2', and 'Dhartiputra Nandini', is feeling disheartened by the sudden cancellation of his show 'Apollena—Sapno Ki Unchi Udann'.

Yadav disclosed that while he anticipated the show might conclude in May, the early decision to end it in March took him by surprise.

He stated, 'The show is ending sooner than expected. We had hoped it could last until May, considering our TRP ratings and the 6 PM slot. We didn’t aim for exceptional ratings, but we never imagined it would finish this abruptly.'

Hritik further added, 'This abrupt decision has caught everyone off guard, from the cast and crew to the viewers.'

He expressed that the show warranted additional time, saying, 'We believed that with more time, we could have delivered even better performances. My character, Neel, had only just begun to develop, and then it all ended so suddenly. There wasn’t enough opportunity to delve into those story arcs.'

The actor also reflected positively on his time on the show, sharing, 'Despite the short duration, it was an enriching experience. I learned various new skills, particularly related to my role as a singer. Mastering the performance, playing instruments, and tackling those challenges proved to be quite rewarding.'
