Mumbai, Aug 2 (NationPress) Celebrated director Imtiaz Ali has unveiled his latest film project just in time for Friendship Day. The visionary behind 'Rockstar' will collaborate with Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, and Varun Sharma in an upcoming drama entitled "Side Heroes".
This untitled venture marks the first time these three actors will share the screen. Co-produced by Ali and Mahaveer Jain Films, "Side Heroes" is described as a heartwarming and comedic tribute to friendship, nostalgia, and the joy of rediscovery.
The film aims to tell an emotional yet humorous story of three childhood friends who reunite after years apart. Throughout this gathering, they rediscover the essence of happiness while delving into themes of dreams, love, memories, and life.
Directed by Ssanjay Tripaathy, the screenplay for "Side Heroes" has been co-written by Siddarth Sen and Pankaj Matta.
