Los Angeles, Sep 22 (NationPress) The renowned musician Jon Bon Jovi is thrilled to embrace the role of a first-time grandfather. At the age of 63, he shared his excitement in a TikTok video about his son, Jake Bongiovi, and his relationship with actress Millie Bobby Brown.

Just before marking their first wedding anniversary on September 21, the couple, aged 23 and 21 respectively, revealed the adoption of their baby girl through an Instagram announcement on August 21, as reported by People.

The TikTok clip is part of an upcoming episode of Bunnie Xo’s Dumb Blonde podcast. In the video, Bon Jovi expressed, “It’s crazy, but wonderful. They adopted a girl and we met the baby, obviously, and immediately that becomes your grandchild. It’s beautiful, I want to see pictures like every day. I’m already that annoying guy. It’s cool.”

According to People, earlier in the video, Bon Jovi praised his daughter-in-law’s strong work ethic and elaborated on why he supported their marriage. The pair secretly wed in May 2024 with only their closest family members present, including Bon Jovi and his wife, Dorothea Bongiovi, after first igniting romance rumors in June 2021.

“She’s a sweetheart and a hard worker,” Bon Jovi remarked about Brown. “I constantly tell her how much I admire her work ethic. They married young, but we support their decision because they are quite mature for their ages.”

He continued, “She comes from a family where her parents are still together and married young. She and Jake fell in love, and we thought, okay, we will back this. And it’s working out.”
