Chennai, Aug 2 (NationPress) Actor and MP Kamal Haasan took to his X timeline on Saturday to extend his congratulations to Shah Rukh Khan for securing the National Award for Best Actor for his remarkable performance in Jawan. He emphasized that this accolade was long overdue, given the profound impact Khan has had on world cinema.
Kamal Haasan wrote, "Congratulations to @iamsrk on your National Award for Jawan, a recognition long overdue for your stellar impact on world cinema." He also praised Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Vikrant Massey for their work in 12th Fail, stating, "12th Fail was a masterpiece that moved me deeply. It dignified struggle and inspired millions. Congratulations Vidhu Vinod Chopra and @VikrantMassey on this well-deserved honour."
