Karan Johar's Son Yash Proposes Unique Rent Idea
Synopsis
Key Takeaways
Mumbai, March 16 (NationPress) Renowned filmmaker Karan Johar has recently been presented with a thrilling business venture by his son, Yash.
In a charming video posted on KJo's Instagram, Yash proposes that upon growing up, he and his sister Ruhi will pay their father a sum of 200 Rs every three months as rent.
Yash articulates his plan, stating, "When we grow up, we want to understand how house rent works. So, every three months, you will knock on our door and ask for the monthly payment of 200 Rs."
Confirming his comprehension of the proposal, Karan inquires, "So, you will pay me 200 rupees for living in my house, in your bedroom, and Ruhi will also contribute 200. Thus, you will be giving me 400 rupees each month for rent."
However, after further discussion, they settled on a monthly payment of 200 rupees each from both Yash and Ruhi, rather than every three months.
Interestingly, Yash then questions Karan about what they will receive in return for their rent payment. "But what do we get back for paying?" he asks.
Karan humorously responds, "In return, I'm providing you with a room to stay in. What else do you need?"
Yash then suggests that, since they are paying 400 Rs, Karan should return 100 Rs back to them.
"Wait a minute, what kind of business arrangement is this?" Karan questions, amused.
