Recently, he posted a delightful video showcasing his dance performance with co-star Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya during a recent awards ceremony on his social media platform.

In his post, Karan playfully asked, tagging Divyanka, “Should we consider a YHM season 2??” He expressed immense admiration for his beloved show, stating, “This is the only series that resonates with every viewer, including husbands, wives, children, grandparents, and siblings alike! Truly, it's Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.”

Earlier that day, actress Divyanka Tripathi also shared her thoughts on her journey with Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, highlighting why the long-running series is one of her career's proudest milestones. In her recent social media update, she elaborated on the deep influence the series has had on her life, both personally and professionally.

Divyanka posted several clips of her and Karan's performance at the Star Parivaar Awards, describing it as, “Here it is... On the demands of our beloved fans... Ishra for you from the Star Parivaar Awards. I want to express my gratitude for having the most stimulating storyline, electrifying chemistry, talented co-actors, creative minds behind the scenes, and a fantastic production team.” She added, “The right blend of all components for a successful show was pure Kismat, and I embraced my responsibility to put in the effort. For those unfamiliar, Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel gained fame through their roles as Ishita and Raman in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. The show was produced by Ekta Kapoor under the Balaji Telefilms banner and featured talents like Ruhanika Dhawan, Anita Hassanandani, and Aditi Bhatia. The initial plot was inspired by Manju Kapur’s 2011 novel, Custody.

The narrative centered around dentist Ishita Iyer and Punjabi businessman Raman Bhalla, who are neighbors in Delhi. Ishita, who struggles with infertility, faces challenges in finding a suitable partner, while Raman navigates life as a divorcee and single father to his 4-year-old daughter, Ruhi. Their paths converge when Ruhi and Ishita forge a beautiful bond, ultimately leading to Raman marrying Ishita for Ruhi's sake.
