Mumbai, June 14 (NationPress) On the fifth anniversary of the passing of late star Sushant Singh Rajput this Friday, actor Karan Veer Mehra shared his heartfelt sorrow over the loss of his dear friend, who stood by him during his most challenging times when no one else did.
Karan reflected on how his achievements feel incomplete without Sushant's presence, stating that he is following the path laid out by the late star. He expressed a deep wish to share his journey with Sushant and to make him proud.
In a touching post on Instagram, Karan Veer shared a collection of nostalgic images with Sushant, whom he affectionately referred to as “kamini.”
He wrote: “Even though this day will always be a dark one for me, this year feels particularly painful. I am following the path you designed for me. I wish I could share my progress with you and make you proud.”
Karan continued: “When no one had faith in me, you did. There was a time I began considering other career options, but you took the time to guide me through everything, helping me find my direction.”
