During the grand event marking 25 years of Lakme Fashion Week, Bebo shared her thoughts on embracing the ramp at any size—from her famed size zero to a size 12.

Reflecting on her journey, Kareena expressed, "I approach everything passionately. Whether I was strutting down the ramp at size zero, showcasing my baby bump with Taimur, or wearing sizes 10 or 12, it never held significance. What truly mattered was my passion….my passion was evident on stage… it was with every designer I represented and rooted in my confidence. Thank you, Lakme, for this opportunity... I cherished every moment."

Paying tribute to the 'real icons' present, Kareena mentioned, "I feel a bit anxious because I’m not alone; there are numerous icons in this space... certainly all the distinguished designers alongside the true icons, including fashion stylists, makeup artists, hair stylists, choreographers, and those fabulous 60 models waiting backstage."

Kareena was breathtakingly beautiful in an ivory Manish Malhotra ensemble. She chose a sparkling blouse adorned with delicate stone accents and a daring neckline. The blouse was complemented by a stunning lehenga featuring a pleated tulle overlay. Her look was completed with an ivory tulle dupatta embellished with stones and sequins throughout.

In terms of accessories, Kareena opted for a floral-themed silver and stone-studded necklace, paired with elegant studs. She styled her hair down.

For quite some time, Kareena has been the face of Lakme, having walked for numerous prestigious designers at Lakme Fashion Week in the past.
