Actor Kunal Kemmu once recalled the first time he met Saif Ali Khan — his now brother-in-law — admitting he was both nervous and determined to make a good impression, given that he was dating Saif's sister Soha Ali Khan at the time. How It All Started — Over a Game of Pool

In the resurfaced clip, Soha asked both Saif and Kunal whether they remembered their first encounter. While Saif acknowledged he did but could not recall the exact setting, Kunal painted the scene with characteristic wit.

'It was at a game of pool at a friend's house. We played three sets. I was hoping to beat you guys on... I beat you in one game and we lost two on. But I remember you complimented me on my biceps. So I was like, that's a win-win,' Kunal said.

Saif responded with mock disbelief — 'How did I compliment you on your biceps? Did I say, you have nice biceps?' — to which Kunal simply confirmed, 'Yeah.' Soha then jokingly asked whether Saif had touched him, prompting Saif to quip, 'I do like touching him.'

'I remember he was very cool because I remember speaking to you about troubles that I was having with her. And it was pretty much like my brother telling me what to do as opposed to like... the girl's brother telling me,' Kunal said. He recalled Saif telling him, 'Look, this is a rollercoaster. The code. You've decided to be on it. Either you can get off or like just enjoy the ride.'

Kunal added that the advice was so assured, he had to ask: 'Have you done this before? You seem like a pro at this.'

Saif Ali Khan reciprocated the warmth, describing his first impression of Kunal in glowing terms. 'I felt he was lovely, lovely guy. Warm and funny and very charming. A really good storyteller,' Saif said.
