Mumbai, Nov 19 (NationPress) The much-anticipated singing reality show Indian Idol Season 16 is about to reveal the ‘Yaadon Ki Playlist’, promising viewers a delightful journey down memory lane with the 'Heroine No. 1' episode featuring the legendary Bollywood star Karisma Kapoor.

The actress, renowned for her timeless films and songs, appears to harmonize beautifully with the show's musical essence.

Expressing her enthusiasm, Karisma remarked, “Participating in Indian Idol is an absolute joy since there’s an electrifying energy on this stage that captivates you instantly. With a theme like Yaadon Ki Playlist, it feels as though we are unveiling a treasure trove of memories from the ’90s.”

Viewers will see contestants perform some of the most iconic tracks of that era, including Phoolon Sa Chehra Tera and Main Toh Raste Se Ja Raha Tha. Regarding Karisma Kapoor, she reigned supreme in Bollywood during her heyday, delivering numerous hits. Her pairing with the superstar Govinda was one of the most celebrated onscreen duos of the 90s. Additionally, she will feature in Netflix's special ‘Dining With the Kapoors’.
