Mumbai, Sep 7 (NationPress) Just a day after the departure of Bappa, every devotee feels the significant gap left by the absence of Ganpati. Bollywood sensation Kartik Aaryan also participated in the Ganpati Visarjan on Sunday, and his adorable pet, Katori, was visibly grieving for Bappa.
Kartik shared a touching moment of Katori sulking over Bappa’s farewell in his recent social media update.
The 'Satyaprem Ki Katha' star uploaded a video on his Instagram where Katori is seen sitting in the void where Bappa's idol once stood. Observing his furry companion's sorrow, Kartik inquired, “Katori kya hua Ganpati chale gaye?” (Katori, has Ganpati left? What’s wrong?).
In response, Katori turned back with innocent eyes. The 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' actor accompanied the clip with the title song from Karan Johar's “Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham”.
On Saturday, Kartik and Katori said their farewells to Bappa following the Ganpati Visarjan on the concluding day of Ganesh Chaturthi.
Kartik took to social media to offer followers glimpses of the intimate visarjan ceremony that took place at his home.
The first image from his post featured Kartik whispering his wishes into Bappa's ear before bidding him farewell. Following that was a video of the 'Luka Chuppi' actor performing the aarti.
Additionally, there was a picture of Kartik immersing Bappa's idol in a water-filled drum, while Katori joined in with paws together in reverence.
He further shared a moment where he was seen folding his hands in front of his furry friend during the visarjan.
Kartik was also spotted carrying Bappa's idol to the visarjan location. The post showcased a few photos of Kartik beside the drum where Bappa was immersed.
