Mumbai, Dec 22 (NationPress) Actress Kashmera Shah brought a smile while sharing a health tip, humorously suggesting that one should consume between five to ten litres of water each day, not only for physical well-being but also for achieving mental tranquility.

On her Instagram, Kashmera posted a video from her vanity van where she was seen preparing for a shoot. In the video, she amusingly relayed this advice to her make-up artist, who appeared somewhat surprised by her reasoning.

While elaborating, the actress playfully noted that those around her often indulge in pointless gossip and dramatic tales on the set of “Laughter Chefs Fun Unlimited 3”.

She quipped, “Tumko health tip dun? (Shall I give you a health tip?) Drink a lot of water. 5-10 litres every day. Kya hai na… yeh log bahut bakwaas karte rehte hai. Apne like ka drama bolte rehte hai (These people keep talking nonsense. They talk about their life's drama.)”

She humorously pointed out that drinking ample water is the best way to evade unnecessary conversations as it would keep one preoccupied with bathroom visits.

“Aap suno ge hi nahi. Aapki ligfe aadha time bathroom main jaayegi by doing this…(You won’t even hear them. Your life will be spent in the bathroom half the time. This way, you can dodge the drama.)”

Proclaiming her intelligence, Kashmera playfully dismissed any claims of her being less than smart, stating, “Smart, I am smart. Kaun bolta hai dumb mujhe (Who says I am dumb?) I am not dumb,”

Kashmera Shah is well-known for her roles in both Hindi and Marathi films and has appeared on reality series such as Bigg Boss 1, Nach Baliye 3, and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 4.
