Chennai, Nov 10 (NationPress) The production team behind director J K Chandru's action-comedy film 'Revolver Rita', starring Keerthy Suresh in the central role, has officially revealed that the movie will be released globally on November 28 this year.

Originally set for a theatrical release on August 27 to coincide with Vinayaka Chathurthi, the action comedy's premiere was delayed.

Passion Studios, one of the film's production companies, announced the updated release date via their social media platforms, stating, "This Revolver is all set to roll on November 28th Babyy. Releasing worldwide in Tamil and Telugu. #RevolverRitaFrom28November"

This announcement has sparked tremendous enthusiasm among fans and cinema lovers since the debut of the film's title teaser a few months ago.

The title teaser showcases a scene where thugs snatch Keerthy Suresh's handbag while she is shopping for vegetables at a street vendor. Upon taking the bag to their hideout, they discover a revolver, a blood-stained butcher's knife, and a bomb. Shortly after, Keerthy Suresh confronts the criminals at their hideout, demanding the return of her bag along with its contents.

The frightened thieves inquire if she is a RAW agent, an underworld don, or a police officer. Keerthy Suresh cleverly evades their questions. Just then, she receives a call from Radhika Sarathkumar, who plays her mother in the film, asking about the tomatoes needed for cooking. Keerthy responds, 'Keep the stove on sim and I am on my way.'

Produced by Sudhan Sundaram and Jagadish Palanisamy, the film features music by Sean Roldan.

Besides Keerthy Suresh and Radikaa Sarathkumar, the cast includes actors Sunil, Ajay Ghosh, Redin Kingsley, Super Subbarayan, and John Vijay among others.

The film's cinematography is handled by Dinesh Krishnan, with editing by National Award winner Praveen K L. The art direction is done by MKT and action sequences are choreographed by Dhilip Subbarayan.
