Kriti Sanon Discusses the Significance of ‘Jab We Met’ as a Cultural Touchstone

Mumbai, Jan 1 (NationPress) Actress Kriti Sanon, who was recently featured in the streaming film ‘Do Patti’, has conveyed her admiration for the Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer ‘Jab We Met’, deeming it an iconic film.

The actress perceives a wealth of life lessons embedded in this film. During her appearance on ‘The Ranveer Show’ podcast, she stated, “There's a line in the film, ‘Whenever I get confused, I do what I feel is right. Because I know that tomorrow, I don't want to tell anyone that this happened because of you’. So whatever happens, it will happen because of me. So I'll be happy.”

She elaborated, “I strongly believe in that principle. I feel that when I act on someone else's suggestion, I am doing it based on their belief in me. If things do not go well, I might end up blaming that person. I’d prefer to trust myself instead.”

“If you ignore your gut feeling, it may eventually stop guiding you. I have experienced this firsthand. It faded away amidst the chaos. I learn from my errors, and I don’t hold grudges against anyone. It’s also my fault for listening to them,” she added.

Previously, the actress spent a musical evening with her rumored boyfriend, Kabir Bahia, and former Indian cricket team captain M. S. Dhoni, as they enjoyed a live rendition of the Mohammed Rafi classic ‘Kya Hua Tera Vaada’.

Kabir is the son of Kuljinder Bahia, who owns a leading travel agency based in the UK, and serves as the Managing Director at Worldwide Aviation and Tourism. He studied at Regent's University London, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

Kabir has reportedly developed a close friendship with MS Dhoni and his wife Sakshi, often seen socializing with them. He is frequently spotted with sports and Bollywood figures such as Hardik Pandya.
