Mumbai, Aug 20 (NationPress) On the occasion of Randeep Hooda’s 49th birthday this Wednesday, actress Lin Laishram celebrated her eternal “Netflix & Chill partner” with a heartfelt message.

Lin took to Instagram, where she posted a touching video montage showcasing various moments from their romantic getaways. The reel featured the song “Thodi Si Daru” by AP Dhillon and Shreya Ghoshal as the backdrop.

“Happy Birthday to my forever Netflix & Chill partner ILU @randeephooda,” Lin expressed in her caption.

The couple met at the renowned veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah’s theatre group called Motley, where sparks flew. They began cohabiting during the lockdown, making their relationship official on Instagram in 2022. They tied the knot on November 29, 2023, in a traditional Meitei ceremony in Imphal, Manipur.

Randeep, who was last seen in the action film “Jaat” alongside Sunny Deol, is set to appear in “Operation Khukri,” an epic war drama.

He has acquired the rights to the movie “Operation Khukri: The Untold Story of the Indian Army’s Bravest Peacekeeping Mission Abroad,” written by Major General Rajpal Punia and Damini Punia. This project will highlight one of the Indian Army’s most daring operations abroad, as reported by variety.com.

The film will depict the gripping real-life events of 2000, where 233 Indian soldiers were taken hostage by rebel forces in Sierra Leone, West Africa, followed by a high-stakes rescue mission.

In this film, Randeep will portray Major General Raj Pal Punia (who was then a young Company Commander of the 14th Mechanised Infantry), showcasing his role in the critical standoff and the extraordinary rescue amidst challenging jungle warfare, according to variety.com.

Lin made her acting debut with Om Shanti Om in 2007 and has since appeared in films like Mary Kom, Umrika, Rangoon, Axone, and Jaane Jaan.
