Mumbai, April 26 (NationPress) Actress Manisha Koirala expressed that her visits to the gym are not merely about gaining strength, but are fundamentally about cultivating discipline and achieving inner balance. She emphasized that consistency is more valuable than seeking perfection.

Manisha shared a video on Instagram showcasing her gym routine. In the footage, she is engaged in leg workouts, which featured exercises like leg presses, leg curls, extensions, and hip abductions.

In her caption, she conveyed: “Going to the gym is not only about muscle building—it’s about fostering discipline, clarity, and inner balance. A healthy lifestyle begins with commitment, not perfection. Some days entail powerful workouts.”

She mentioned that on other days, it’s simply about showing up.

“Each time we attend, we reaffirm the message: I value my body. I honor my mind,” the actress stated.

Regarding her career, the 54-year-old began acting in the Nepali film Pheri Bhetaula in 1989 and made her debut in Indian cinema with the Hindi film Saudagar in 1991.
