Manoj Bajpayee Completes Filming for Season 3 of 'The Family Man'

Mumbai, Dec 28 (NationPress) National Award-winning actor Manoj Bajpayee has officially completed the shooting for the third season of the highly popular streaming show 'The Family Man'.
On Saturday, the talented actor took to Instagram Stories to share a behind-the-scenes snapshot from the filming.
'The Family Man' stars Manoj Bajpayee in the role of Srikant Tiwari, a typical middle-class individual who covertly serves as an intelligence officer for the Threat Analysis and Surveillance Cell (TASC), a fictional division of the National Investigation Agency.
The series was first announced in June 2018, with the production of the inaugural season commencing simultaneously in various locations including Mumbai, Delhi, Kerala, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and concluding by May 2019. The second season's filming started in November 2019 and was completed by September 2020.
Alongside Manoj Bajpayee, the series features a talented cast including Priyamani, Sharad Kelkar, Neeraj Madhav, Sharib Hashmi, Dalip Tahil, Sunny Hinduja, and Shreya Dhanwanthary. It is produced and directed by Raj & D.K, who also collaborated on the story and screenplay with Suman Kumar, while dialogues were crafted by Sumit Arora and Kumar. Additionally, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu joined the cast as the primary antagonist in the second season, marking her debut in the digital space, with Suparn S. Verma directing part of that season.
The sneak peek at the end of the second season hints at a connection to the Covid-19 pandemic: a narrative where China attacks the northeastern regions of India, using the pandemic as a smokescreen for the assault.
Manoj Bajpayee has been honored with multiple awards, including four National Film Awards and two Asia Pacific Screen Awards.
He has delivered numerous powerful performances in notable films such as 'Satya', 'Kaun', 'Gangs of Wasseypur', 'Veer-Zaara', 'Aligarh', 'Sonchiriya', and 'Gulmohar', the latter of which earned him his fourth National Award.
