Mumbai, Nov 25 (NationPress) Esteemed actress Meenakshi Seshadri conveyed her deep appreciation as she reflected on her role in Dharmendra’s legendary film “Ghayal.”
Honoring the iconic actor, she reminisced about how the movie marked a pivotal moment in her career, expressing her gratitude for the faith he had in her. On her Instagram account, Meenakshi shared a nostalgic photo of the “Sholay” star, stating, “Dharmendra ji at 89 has passed away, and his last rites were held in a private ceremony. A He-Man and an extraordinary human.”

Released in 1990, “Ghayal,” an action drama penned and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, was produced by Dharmendra and featured Sunny Deol alongside Meenakshi, Raj Babbar, Moushumi Chatterjee, Om Puri, Amrish Puri, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Shafi Inamdar, Annu Kapoor, Sudesh Berry, and Sharat Saxena. The film achieved a remarkable gross of Rs. 20 crore, becoming a blockbuster.
