Mumbai, Aug 4 (NationPress) TV stars Pranali Rathod and Namik Paul recently shared their experiences while filming a captivating rain dance scene for “Kumkum Bhagya,” where an unforeseen downpour in Mumbai added an unexpected yet enchanting element to this romantic moment.

A source from the production team disclosed that capturing the rain dance was quite challenging. Pranali and Namik had to complete multiple takes while braving the chilly rain, and with it being their first romantic scene together, they felt considerable pressure. The shoot extended for about 3 to 4 hours and proved to be physically taxing. Despite the hurdles, their on-screen chemistry was undeniable.

Reflecting on her inaugural rain dance sequence in the show, Pranali commented, “This rain scene was deftly orchestrated by the production, direction, and creative teams. They worked diligently to ensure everything went off without a hitch. Standing in the rain for several hours tested our endurance, but it was absolutely worthwhile. The scene integrates beautifully with the ongoing narrative of the show, and since I adore the monsoon season, I genuinely relished bringing this moment to life.”

Namik Paul remarked, “The rain dance was always intended, but the real Mumbai rain decided to make an appearance, which made it even more magical! It was spontaneous and unexpected, but it enhanced the atmosphere, making the entire scene feel more vibrant. I had a blast shooting it, even though we were soaked for 3–4 hours; it was incredibly enjoyable.”
