Mumbai, Dec 8 (NationPress) Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh experienced a delightful moment during his flight when he encountered his longtime friend, actress Shilpa Shetty.

Identifying as a “nervous flyer”, Neil took to Instagram to share a snapshot with Shilpa from the flight, expressing how her presence significantly improved his spirits.

“There’s nothing quite like running into friends while flying… especially when you’re anxious about it and she exudes confidence. My dear and stunning @theshilpashetty. Sending you lots of love and blessings. Here’s to new beginnings!” Neil wrote in his post.

Neil began his career as a child artist in the films Vijay (1988) and Jaisi Karni Waisi Bharnii (1989). He made his full debut in the title role of Johnny Gaddaar in 2007.

Since then, he has appeared in notable films such as New York, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Golmaal Again, and Saaho. He also marked his entry into Tamil cinema with Kaththi and into Telugu cinema with Kavacham.

Currently, Neil’s latest project is a black comedy thriller named Ek Chatur Naar, penned by Himanshu Tripathi and directed by Umesh Shukla. It features Divya Khossla alongside him.

The film unfolds in a quirky small-town Indian setting, showcasing a seemingly charming woman whose naivety cleverly conceals her sharp intellect.

Ambitious and strategic, she outsmarts those around her with ease. When a golden opportunity arises, she dives in, encountering unexpected twists and darkly comedic situations that test her cleverness at every turn.

Speaking of Shilpa, she is set to appear in KD: The Devil, directed by Prem. The film stars Dhruva Sarja in the lead role, alongside Sanjay Dutt, V. Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, Reeshma Nanaiah, Jisshu Sengupta, and Nora Fatehi.

She was last featured in Sukhee by Sonal Joshi, marking her directorial debut. The film is a humorous slice-of-life narrative about a 38-year-old Punjabi housewife, Sukhpreet “Sukhee” Kalra, who, weary of her mundane life, journeys to Delhi for her high school reunion.
