Mumbai, Nov 5 (NationPress) Film enthusiasts will need to be patient a little longer to see designer Manish Malhotra's upcoming romantic film "Gustaakh Ishq", starring Vijay Varma and Fatima Sana Shaikh.

The film, initially set to hit theaters on November 21 this year, has been rescheduled for a release on November 28.

Announcing the new release date for "Gustaakh Ishq" on social media, the producers stated, "Mark your calendars, ishq has a new date for y’all 😊 #GustaakhIshq is now releasing on 28th November, 2025 (sic)."

The team also unveiled a new motion poster for the film, showcasing Vijay gazing affectionately at Sana as she playfully blows bubbles towards him. The song "Ul Jalool Ishq" from the movie plays in the background.

In addition to Vijay and Fatima, the cast will also feature Naseeruddin Shah and Sharib Hashmi in significant roles.

Set in the historic area of Old Delhi, the teaser of "Gustaakh Ishq" delivers a strong sense of retro romance.

This drama will be produced under Manish Malhotra's own banner, Stage5 Production, marking his debut as a film producer.

Directed by Vibhu Puri, the movie’s music is composed by Vishal Bhardwaj, with lyrics penned by Gulzar. The cinematography is handled by Manush Nandan.
