Mumbai, June 18 (NationPress) Producer Nidhi Dutta, who is currently in the final trimester of her pregnancy, has shared insights on managing motherhood while working on the production of “Border 2”, a project she has envisioned alongside her esteemed filmmaker father, J.P. Dutta. She mentioned that she may transition directly from the film set to the delivery room.
Now in its third shooting schedule in Pune, Nidhi, who is anticipating her first child, actively participates in essential production meetings and remains engaged on set to ensure that every detail of the film honors the legacy of the original.
Nidhi expressed to IANS: “This film is a dream I’ve shared with my father, and there’s no greater joy than witnessing it come to life—even if it means balancing production with baby kicks!”
She acknowledged the incredible support from her team, stating, “this journey feels exceptionally special with two heartbeats invested in it.”
“I’m due any day now, so it seems I’ll be heading into delivery straight from the sets,” the producer remarked.
Actors Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty, Sunny Deol, and Varun Dhawan are gearing up to shoot the third schedule of the upcoming film “Border 2” at Pune’s National Defence Academy.
Supported by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta, and directed by Anurag Singh, Border 2 is presented by Gulshan Kumar & T-Series, in collaboration with J.P. Dutta’s J.P. Films.
