Nimrat Kaur Explores Historical Roots While Celebrating Christmas

Mumbai, Dec 26 (NationPress) Actress Nimrat Kaur, recognized for her performances in The Lunchbox, Airlift, Dasvi, among others, observed Christmas in a renowned village.
Recently, the actress took to her Instagram to share a collection of photos showcasing her stroll through the charming bylanes of Ranwar village.
The streets were beautifully adorned and illuminated in celebration of Christmas. Nimrat also engaged with the local residents of this village, located in the Bandra region of Mumbai.
Ranwar village is part of the “Villages of Bandra”, along with Chimbai Village, Chuim Village, and Pali Village. This East Indian Catholic village, which is about 400 years old, stands as one of the original twenty-four hamlets, or pakhadis. It is recognized as a heritage precinct in Mumbai, historically known for rice cultivation and once surrounded by lush paddy fields. Over time, the precise boundaries of this hamlet have become indistinct due to ongoing urban development in the area.
These quaint villages have now been overshadowed by the towering skyscrapers of Mumbai.
Meanwhile, Nimrat has found herself in the midst of the controversy involving Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
Recently, rumors regarding Abhishek and Aishwarya’s separation have made headlines. Speculation about Abhishek’s involvement with actress Nimrat Kaur during the filming of their streaming movie Dasvi has also surfaced. The whispers about the Bachchan couple’s split began circulating last year when reports indicated that Aishwarya had moved out of the Bachchan family residence to live independently.
However, during this time, Aishwarya attended the premiere of the streaming film The Archies, which featured Big B’s grandson Agastya Nanda. At the event last year, Aishwarya appeared to be in high spirits alongside the Bachchan family. Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan got married in 2007 after a couple of years of dating and welcomed their daughter four years later in 2011.
