Mumbai, Feb 4 (NationPress) Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia has addressed the stigma that some actors feel regarding their television beginnings. The actress proudly claims her small screen origins and asserts that there’s no reason to feel embarrassed about them.

The actress, who came into the limelight through her role in 'Choti Sarrdaarni, stated: "Many TV actors disavow their roots as if it's something to be ashamed of. There’s no disgrace in the background that virtually provided you with your launchpad."

"I owe everything to television," she expresses.

The actress emphasized that she will never forsake the identity that allowed her to shine. "It was my initial platform to step into acting and the stage that cultivated my love for the craft.
