Mumbai, April 16 (NationPress) Actress Nushrratt Bharuccha has described her journey into motherhood in ‘Chhorii 2’ as a deeply emotional experience.
The actress, reprising her role as Sakshi in the horror thriller, expressed how taking on the role of a mother in this thrilling sequel led her through an intense emotional journey. Reflecting on her experience with 'Chhorii,' Nushrratt disclosed that embodying a mother for this sequel was a powerful and intense emotional ride as she explored the complexities of her character's maternal instincts.
The actress shared, “During the shooting of 'Chhorii 1,' I worried about whether I could convincingly portray an eight-month-pregnant woman. However, becoming a mother was much deeper than just appearances. Emotionally, it was one of the most challenging roles I’ve tackled because I was unsure of the boundaries—how much was too much or too little. Fortunately, Vishal Sir provided invaluable guidance, helping me strike the right balance.”
“I’ve carried that learning into 'Chhorii 2,' which is even more intense and demanding in its own right. Immersing myself in the depths of motherhood for Chhorii 2 was an emotional experience. As the film's world expanded, our commitment to authenticity on set grew, ultimately bringing to life the powerful message of the story,” Bharuccha added.
