New Delhi, June 26 (NationPress) Renowned actor Pankaj Tripathi has a packed schedule with projects like Metro…In Dino, Criminal Justice Season 4, and an upcoming collaboration with Amit Rai. Nonetheless, he has expressed his intention to avoid consecutive work commitments in order to cherish some quality time at home.
“I've made the decision to focus on one project at a time, allowing myself a month off after each. I won’t be working back-to-back as I did previously. I plan to complete one project, take a month’s leave, and then move on to the next. My approach to work will be more balanced,” Pankaj shared with IANS in response to inquiries about his hectic schedule.
Once, he asserted that his motivation for acting transcended mere fame or financial gain. Has his perspective shifted with time?
“My motivations have evolved somewhat. I used to claim that fame or money weren’t my driving forces. However, if I’m honest, I must admit that those factors did play a role in my decision to pursue acting. So, in truth, my perspective has slightly changed,” he reflected.
Currently, Pankaj is looking forward to the release of Metro…In Dino, a film that examines intricate modern relationships, promising a narrative rich in themes of love, heartbreak, and human connections.
This film features a stellar cast including Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sen Sharma, Anupam Kher, and Neena Gupta. Directed by Anurag Basu, the film is set to hit theaters on July 4.

This ensemble cast includes Dharmendra, Nafisa Ali, Shilpa Shetty, Kay Kay Menon, Shiney Ahuja, Irrfan Khan, Konkona Sen Sharma, Kangana Ranaut, and Sharman Joshi. The film narrates the stories of nine individuals in Mumbai, tackling themes such as extramarital affairs, the sanctity of marriage, commitment issues, and love.
