Mumbai, Aug 15 (NationPress) The Bollywood duo Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha chose to celebrate this Independence Day with a relaxing afternoon at home.
The pair was spotted relishing a delightful meal in the cozy ambiance of their residence.
Parineeti shared snapshots on her Instagram, showcasing moments of her savoring an evening drink with her husband on their balcony.
They further indulged in quality moments amid their lush green garden.
"An afternoon at home, immersed in the hues of our nation and the warmth of family. 🇮🇳 Happy Independence Day! 🇮🇳 @raghavchadha88," Parineeti captioned her post.
Recently, the couple appeared on The Great Indian Kapil Show.
During the Netflix episode that aired on August 2, Archana Puran Singh praised Raghav's looks, jokingly inquiring if he had ever considered a career in Bollywood.
Raghav humorously replied: “Aisa hai Archana ji, humara jo profession hai, usme bhi abhineta, har neta ke andar hota hai. Toh humare kaam mein acting bohot hai, aur jab main inki (Parineeti) zindagi dekhta hoon, toh mujhe yeh yakeen ho jaata hai ki inke kaam mein, rajneeti bohot hai! Bohot politics hai!” (Archana ji, every politician has an actor within them. Our work involves a lot of acting, and observing her (Parineeti's) life convinces me that her work has a substantial amount of politics!)
Parineeti immediately concurred, stating, “True, that’s actually true.”
During the show, Raghav even tried to persuade host Kapil Sharma to enter politics, claiming he possesses all the traits necessary for a successful politician—humor, passion, and zeal. However, Kapil decided to hold off on that idea for now.
On the professional front, Parineeti is set to appear in a yet-to-be-titled Netflix series, sharing the screen with Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jennifer Winget, Harleen Sethi, Chaitannya Choudhry, Sumeet Vyas, and Anup Soni in pivotal roles. The filming for this project has already concluded.
