Mumbai, April 9 (NationPress) Actor Pavail Gulatie has shared insights on the most impactful life lesson he received from filmmaker Anubhav Sinha.

Reflecting on their collaboration, the actor mentioned how Sinha’s advice, “Life will go on,” has significantly influenced his perspective. He noted that the guidance Anubhav provided has molded his views on both achievement and setbacks. Pavail highlighted the necessity of maintaining equilibrium, explaining that Sinha’s message taught him to avoid becoming overly enthusiastic about success and not to be too disheartened when circumstances do not unfold as anticipated.

The 'Thappad' actor also discussed the best and worst advice he's encountered. Addressing the worst advice he received, Pavail recounted, “The worst advice I had gotten was when somebody had read the script of 'Thappad' and told me not to do it. I was supposed to listen to that person, and I am glad I didn't listen to that person.”

He further elaborated on the best guidance he has ever obtained. The actor remarked, “The best advice was given to me by Anubhav Sinha sir, who told me that if you've delivered a 'hit' picture, there will also be a time when your films will flop too, so don't take it as 'this is it.' Life will go on. So don't get too happy with success, and don't get too sad when things are not looking up.”

Pavail Gulatie gained recognition through his role in Anubhav Sinha’s film ‘Thappad,’ which stars Taapsee Pannu. In the film, he portrayed Vikram Sabharwal, Amrita's husband, in a gripping narrative. Thappad explores the story of Amrita (played by Taapsee), whose ostensibly perfect life is shattered when her husband slaps her at a gathering. The film raises a critical question: Is a single slap sufficient to disrupt the very essence of a relationship, prompting one to reassess love, respect, and boundaries?

Pavail was last seen in the action drama 'Deva' alongside Shahid Kapoor.
