In a recent conversation with IANS prior to the launch of ‘Andhera’ in Mumbai, she expressed that while industry leaders might have forecasts about upcoming changes, she feels she is part of a different category. Prajakta admitted to not knowing what the next 5 years will hold for the creator economy.
She remarked to IANS, “I genuinely don’t have the answers. I do believe it’s a progressive journey. We will transcend various boundaries and it will lead to a more unified concept for creators. But if you ask me to pinpoint two specifics, I'm at a loss. I prefer to go with the flow, and that approach has benefited me for the last decade.”
Prajakta added, “Five to seven years ago, I could not have imagined my current position, nor did we foresee the emergence of such opportunities or collaborations across platforms and industries. I’m genuinely pleased with how things are evolving.”
‘Andhera’, set against the backdrop of Mumbai, centers around Inspector Kalpana Kadam and Jay, a medical student, who find themselves embroiled in a missing-person investigation that reveals a dark secret lurking beneath the city.
