New Delhi, Oct 25 (NationPress) Actress Rashmika Mandanna revealed that her parents deemed her newest horror comedy film “Thamma” the best one they've seen from her to date, while her younger sister found it immensely enjoyable, bringing her a sense of tranquility.
Sharing the feedback from her family regarding “Thamma”, Rashmika stated to IANS: “They are outright saying this is the best film of mine that they've seen. That's their response.”
She continued: “My sister is over the moon. She has countless questions, and I think I should connect her with producer Amar sir and director Aditya sir for answers. But she absolutely loved it, which brings me genuine peace.”
“Thamma” had a strong opening on its first day, earning Rs. 25.11 crore nett in India and is currently on track to cross the Rs. 100-crore milestone globally.
This film, which also features Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Ayushmann Khurrana, is set in a fictional universe and intertwines with Varun Dhawan’s “Bhediya”.
