Nasha is a romantic drama that delves deep into themes of betrayal, heartbreak, and emotional chaos, portraying a complicated love story that takes a darker turn.
Reflecting on his work for the film, Rohan stated, “It was one of the most challenging scenes I’ve ever undertaken. There were times my body was failing me, but as an actor, it’s essential to remain committed to the emotion.”
The actor emphasized that the project pushed him beyond his usual boundaries. “I aimed for the audience to not merely see the pain but to truly feel it. Achieving that demanded I pushed my limits to the max, and I poured everything I had into it,” he elaborated.
The particular scene required Rohan to smoke continuously in a single take while engaging in a physically demanding act that involved self-inflicted burning, which necessitated numerous retakes to perfect. This relentless smoking during multiple takes significantly impacted his health, making the shoot even more grueling.
