Rohit Roy Reveals John Abraham's Incredible Dieting Tips

Mumbai, Jan 12 (NationPress) Actor Rohit Roy recounted a fascinating episode from the filming of 'Mumbai Saga' and provided some insightful dieting advice from fellow actor John Abraham.
In a vintage video, Rohit was seen conversing with Cyrus Broacha on his podcast. He mentioned, “Let me share a story about John. While we were on the set of 'Mumbai Saga', another actor, Shaad Randhawa, who owns Bayroute, a high-end restaurant in Mumbai, would often suggest, ‘Come, let’s order from Bayroute’. Naturally, with John Abraham ordering lunch, we'd be treated to a lavish spread of kebabs and exquisite dishes.”
He went on to say, “Despite the delectable feast, John wouldn’t touch a morsel himself; instead, he would encourage us to indulge. The first day I noticed he wasn’t eating, and it happened again the next day. Then we realized that he was ordering the food solely for our enjoyment, while he abstained completely. He then advised, ‘Don’t worry, you’ve enjoyed this meal, just skip carbs tomorrow.’ That was some serious advice.”
“So, if you overindulge today, make sure to avoid carbs the following day,” he elaborated.
John Abraham is widely recognized as one of the fittest actors in Bollywood, adhering strictly to his diet plan. He once mentioned on a show that his favorite sweet is Kaju katli, but he avoided it for over 30 years after he committed to a fitness lifestyle.
Known for his profound passion for fitness and motorbikes, John Abraham skyrocketed to fame with 'Dhoom', a film that revolutionized the action genre in Bollywood. His association with the Suzuki Hayabusa became a sensational trend in India during the mid-2000s.
