Mumbai, Dec 12 (NationPress) Filmmaker Rohit Shetty expressed his heartfelt happiness regarding Akshaye Khanna finally receiving the much-deserved recognition as an actor following the release of “Dhurandhar”. His admiration for Khanna was evident.

In a touching post, Rohit commended Aditya Dhar and his team, stating they had indeed “created a monster” with their new project. He also gave a nod to Ranveer Singh, exclaiming, “Ranveer mere bhai… apna time aagaya.”

On Instagram, he shared the movie poster and wrote: “Take a bow Aditya Dhar and team... you have created a monster... Ranveer mere bhai... apna time aagaya... happy to see Akshaye getting the love and respect as an actor he deserved for years…”

Rohit reminisced about watching “Uri: The Surgical Strike”, starring Vicky Kaushal, the night before its release in 2019 along with Aditya.

“Your journey from Uri to Dhurandhar as a producer and director is inspiring... I am so proud of you, my brother... yeh naya Hindi cinema hai, ab yeh ghus ke marega... waiting for 19th March,” Rohit remarked.
