Mumbai, Oct 1 (NationPress) Actors Vidisha Srivastava and Rohitashv Gour, the beloved duo from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, embraced the festive spirit of Navratri during a night filled with vibrant dance, colors, and joy.

For Rohitashv, portraying Manmohan Tiwari, dancing garba with his favorite Anita Bhabi was akin to experiencing Diwali and Holi in a single evening.

He expressed, “Tiwari ji ka ek sapna tha ki Anita Bhabi ke saath Garba khelne ka mauka mile. Aur iss saal woh sapna poora ho gaya! (laughs). Dancing garba with my favorite Anita Bhabi (Vidisha) felt like Diwali and Holi rolled into one night.”

“On-screen, I am always trying to win her heart, but off-screen, dancing with her on Mumbai’s Garba stage was a completely different thrill. The beats, the orchestra rhythm, the crowd, it was all so infectious. Engaging with our fans, witnessing their excitement, and dancing alongside them made the night incredibly special,” he added.

He shared that every twirl, clap, and cheer immersed him in a magical experience.

“Before the event, my daughters even taught me a few Garba steps, and showcasing them on such a grand stage added a personal touch of joy. Celebrating Navratri amidst thousands of people in colorful outfits is a memory I will always cherish.”

Rohitashv mentioned that celebrating Navratri with fans while promoting their upcoming show ‘Gharwali Pedwali’ made the night feel even more significant.

Vidisha Srivastava, who portrays Anita Bhabi, shared her excitement, stating, “Navratri holds a very special place in my heart and is celebrated with great devotion in my family. Each year, we follow the 9-day color tradition and offer prayers to Maa Durga.”

“This year was particularly memorable as I spent Mumbai’s Garba night with my co-actor Rohitashv ji (Manmohan Tiwari) at Kora Kendra - Borivali. Dancing and grooving to Garba with him while matching steps with the lively crowd was a delightful experience.”

The actress noted that this was her second time attending Mumbai’s renowned Garba night, which was even grander and more vibrant than the last.

“From dancing together to greeting fans and capturing memories, every moment was filled with joy and togetherness. It felt wonderful to carry home blessings for our new show Gharwali Pedwali; the family feels like it’s getting bigger and bigger,” she added.
