Mumbai, Jan 23 (NationPress) English comedian Russell Howard, famed for his shows such as ‘The Russell Howard Hour’ and ‘Russell Howard's Good News’, is poised to entertain audiences in India for the very first time. His performances will take place in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
This current world tour, Russell Howard Live, marks his fourth and most extensive tour to date, having sold over 315,000 tickets across more than 200 shows in various countries.
Regarding his inaugural performance in India, Russell Howard expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I am super excited to visit the wonderful cities of Mumbai and Bengaluru as I look forward to performing in India for the first time as part of my ongoing world tour. I hope the audiences enjoy my set as I prepare to unravel some of my wittiest jokes that will leave them on the edge of their seats, as the show unfolds.”
The event is organized in India by DeadAnt, as a segment of ‘The DeadAnt Loop’. Russell also hosts the well-loved podcast Wonderbox and has recently completed filming the sixth series of The Russell Howard Hour. He boasts two Netflix specials, including Lubricant (2020), which established him as the only comedian with two of the UK’s most streamed specials.
