Although the film generated significant buzz, the initial turnout in theaters on its opening day was modest. Starring newcomers Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, the movie has garnered praise for its enchanting music, compelling performances, and emotionally charged narrative. In 2013, Mohit Suri gifted us with Aashiqui 2, and although he faced challenges with Ek Villain, he has once again delivered a remarkable film after several years. Another moviegoer commented, “No, this is Aashiqui 3, not Saiyaara! Trust me, Mohit sir — change the title to Aashiqui! Even without the iconic jacket scene, if I had to describe this film in one phrase — it’s a blockbuster. Mohit sir’s direction evokes the same essence as Aashiqui 2. While many were let down by Ek Villain, I am genuinely enjoying his return with this film. The music is outstanding — every track is fantastic.
