Mumbai, Dec 22 (NationPress) Bollywood and television star Sandhya Mridul has shared her perspective on the recent concerns regarding the AQI levels in various states. In a video posted on her social media, she urges everyone to remain calm and appreciate the weather.
“Please stop overreacting and take a moment to relax. The AQI is not something that causes lung cancer or anything drastic. It might lead to some respiratory issues, but it’s manageable. Enjoy the weather,” she stated in her video.
Sandhya has consistently voiced her opinions on pressing societal issues with a thoughtful and assertive stance. A few months ago, she posted a video criticizing the glorification of anti-aging treatments in the beauty industry.
In that video, without naming anyone, she remarked, “What’s all this fuss about anti-aging? Are you God? Even God doesn’t interfere with those who excessively pursue anti-aging!” She subtly criticized the potentially harmful medical procedures associated with such treatments. “This chatter is nonsense! For years, discussions revolved around fairness and skin creams. Now, it’s all about anti-aging. Who will care about our hormones? No one, right? It’s natural, so stop!”
For those unfamiliar, Sandhya Mridul has been part of the entertainment industry for over two decades. She gained recognition in the film Saathiya alongside Rani Mukerji and her television show Swabhimaan was a tremendous success, showcasing her acting talent.
