Sanjay Dutt Thanks Advocate Majid Memon on 'The Memoirs' Launch

Mumbai, Jan 26 (NationPress) Sanjay Dutt, who has endured a lengthy legal struggle related to the 1993 serial blast, has recently conveyed his appreciation to Senior Advocate Majid Memon during the launch of his book.

Senior Advocate and former Member of Parliament Mr. Majeed Memon has just unveiled his autobiography, My Memoirs. This book presents a profound exploration of over 50 years of his remarkable legal journey, spotlighting some of the most pivotal and debated cases in India’s judicial history.

My Memoirs also explores Mr. Memon's involvement in several high-profile legal disputes in Bollywood, including the Sanjay Dutt trial linked to the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts and the Gulshan Kumar murder case. These are part of 24 landmark cases examined in the book, providing readers with unique insights into his extensive five-decade career.

Actor Sanjay Dutt, who secured bail with Mr. Memon’s assistance, expressed his gratitude with a heartfelt message: "Majeed Bhai, congratulations on reaching 50 years in legal practice. Filmmaker Anurag Basu, present at the book launch, remarked, "I first encountered Memon Sir at the screening of my debut film, which was directed by Mahesh Bhatt. He was there due to his connection with Mahesh Ji, and that was the beginning of our association. Witnessing Majeed Bhai on stage today after knowing him for 20 years brought me immense joy. Veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, who shares a close bond with Mr. Memon, was an honored guest at the launch.
