In 2011, Seerat began her journey as an assistant choreographer for Ranbir Kapoor’s Rockstar. She revealed in 2014 that she would be starring in Run Raja Run opposite Sharwanand, directed by Sujeeth, which became a commercial hit.
That same year, she portrayed Nancy in the thriller “Zid”, directed by Vivek Agnihotri, alongside Karanvir Sharma, Mannara Chopra, and Shraddha Das.
In 2015, Madhu B. and N.V. Prasad cast her as Ganga in the action film Tiger, set in Varanasi, which also featured Sundeep Kishan and Rahul Ravindran. Her next film was the romantic comedy Columbus alongside Sumanth Ashwin, directed by R. Shamala.
By October 2017, she had finished filming Raju Gari Gadhi 2 with Nagarjuna and was working on Touch Chesi Chudu alongside Ravi Teja and Allu Sirish's Okka Kshanam. She also appeared on Netflix in Krishna and His Leela.
