Chennai, Jan 11 (NationPress) Renowned filmmaker and actor Selvaraghavan, who is the elder sibling of actor Dhanush, recently expressed that individuals have no genuine concern for others' troubles. As a result, those seeking comfort by confiding their worries may find themselves disappointed.

On his social media platform, he shared his insights regarding the common belief that voicing one's problems to others leads to relief. He cautioned that most people are indifferent to others' struggles and thus, real solace cannot be found.

He stated, "You may think that talking about your worries will ease your burden! I assure you, it’s true! They don’t care at all. Their intent is simply to utter a few courteous phrases before making a quick exit! You won’t discover any comfort."

This isn’t the first instance where the director has offered such wisdom on his social media.

Last year, he also shared thoughts on divine will.

Reflecting on challenges, he conveyed, "You may suddenly experience a string of misfortunes. You’ll notice those around you seemingly betraying you. You might find yourself questioning, 'Are you God? How devotedly I worshipped you!'"

He advised during such times to remain composed, assuring that these hardships are temporary. What seems like a daunting obstacle will eventually dissipate. "Everything will be fine. This is the divine plan!"

On the professional front, Selvaraghavan is set to star in 'Manithan Deivamagalam', directed by Dennis Manjunath. He has completed the dubbing for this film.

'Manithan Deivamagalam' is being produced by Vijaya Sathish under the banner of Vyom Entertainments.

Notably, the film's title was revealed by actor Dhanush on social media.

In this project, Selvaraghavan leads alongside Kushee Ravi, and the cast includes notable actors like Y.G. Mahendran, Mime Gopi, Kousalya, Sathish, Deepak, Hema, Lirthika, and N. Jothi Kannan.

Insiders indicate that the story unfolds in a serene village, disrupted by a catastrophic event that leads the protagonist into chaos. His decisions in trying to rescue his community turn him into the village's protector.

In terms of direction, Selvaraghavan will helm 'Mental Manadhil', featuring G.V. Prakash, a two-time National Award-winning artist, in the lead role. Madhuri Jain stars opposite him in this romantic movie, which will also showcase several prominent supporting actors.

The film’s cinematography is handled by Arun Ramakrishnan, while G.V. Prakash Kumar composes the music. Editing is done by Balaji, and R.K. Vijay Murugan is in charge of art direction. Dinesh Guna serves as the executive producer for this project, which is produced by G.V. Prakash Kumar under the banner Parallel Universe Pictures.
